I think it’s safe to say I’ve officially popped. The bump is out and I am LOVING it! As of today we are 29 weeks on the dot and I cannot believe how far we’ve come. I’ll be doing a pregnancy update super soon so be on the lookout! For now here’s a super cute maternity look!
So, what in the world is a smocked dress?
If you’re asking yourself, secretly, don’t feel embarrassed. I too was a bit confused as to what exactly classified a dress as smocked. Smocked dresses, or pieces in general, are gathered below the chest and flow loosely creating a forgiving silhouette for literally any body shape.. Especially a pregnant one.
I’m wearing this incredibly comfortable maternity dress from Pinkblush Maternity and I’m prepared to continue wearing it even after this bump turns into a little baby. I’m constantly looking for clothes that can transition to postpartum and the majority of PinkBlush‘s maternity styles can definitely hang in your closet for years to come! Plus, the fact that it’s a midi length makes me feel like I’m in the era I was meant to be born into.. the 1950’s. 😉 This look is one of my favorites thus far!
I’ve paired this dress with these flats because come on, how cute are they?!
It was the perfect outfit to hang by the docks with my oldest boy, bring the weekend back!! I hope you love this look as much as I do. There’s nothing more powerful than a pregnant woman who feels flawless! 😉
Have a fabulous week y’all!!
